I've been training for over 11 years, transforming myself from thin and skinny into someone who is strong, fit, and healthy.

As a CFL1 Coach, I've coached clients in South Africa and Mauritius, helping people build strength, move better, and train with confidence.

Why I Created Prime State
Coming from a corporate background, I know how difficult it can be to prioritise your health while balancing work and everyday responsibilities.
I saw that many professionals were already putting in the effort- they just lacked structure.
That's why I created Prime State: to provide a flexible and structured programming, and the accountability needed to make real, lasting progress.
My Mission
I believe fitness should make you better in every area of your life. My mission is to help busy professionals improve their health, and create habits they can maintain for years.

My Journey
Movement has always been part of my life. I spent over 10 years doing gymnastics, which taught me body awareness, discipline, and consistency from a young age.
For the past 7 years, training and competing has helped me grow both physically and mentally. It has pushed me outside my comfort zone, built my confidence, and shaped the way I approach life today.
My Coaching Experience
As a CFL1 Coach, I've coached both group classes and personal training in Mauritius, helping people build strength, improve their movement, and reach their own goals.
My coaching philosophy is simple: I want you to understand what you're doing and why. When you understand your training, you move better, feel more confident, and enjoy the process.
