The Protocol

ABOUT

The PROTOCOL is a 12-week body transformation programme built on strength training, high-intensity workouts, aerobic conditioning, and functional bodybuilding. 


 The Protocol is designed for individuals who are already committed to training but want a smarter, more personalised approach to reach their goals. If you're ready to move beyond simply showing up at the gym and start training with purpose, you're in the right place. 


The Protocol includes 4 workouts per week.

Each training session can be completed in 1 hour or less and scheduled whenever it best fits your schedule, with no fixed training days.


Delivered via PDF guides and curated videos. Gym access is the only requirement.
